WAR COLLEGE HOLDS THE FIRST HASH RUN

The first Hash Run of the War College was successfully held on 27 February 2022 by strictly adhering to COVID 19 health protocols. The aim of the Hash Run is to promote comradery and organising capabilities of the Student Officers of Senior Command Course 4 and Junior Command Course 23.

Student Officers and members of the Permanent Staff participated in the run which was routed through a 7 km long track across the scenic environment around the War College. The event provided an opportunity to all Student Officers to interact and enjoy away from training activities. Brigadier MCSK Senarathne RWP RSP, the Deputy Commandant of AWC graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
