STOCK OF PPE OVERALLS TO HQ SLAVF DONATED BY 2(V) SLAGSC

Commanding Officer of 2 (Volunteer) Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps (SLAGSC) Lieutenant Colonel CS Demuni handed over a stock of more Personal Protective Equipments (PPE) to Deputy Commandant of Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force (SLAVF) Major General K P Nugegoda RWP RSP today (05 May 2020) at HQ SLAVF.

Those PPE have been gifted to the 2(V) SLAGSC by a generous well-wisher of the Army Dr. Pathum Karnel and his spouse and upon the receipt of the stock of 100 PPE, Commanding Officer of SLAGSC has distributed them among various military establishments including HQ SLAVF, Directorates of the Army, Regimental Centres, Units and Training Schools.

2(V) SLAGSC had previously donated one more stock of PPE and face masks to HQ SLAVF for the use of those who engaged in COVID-19 prevention duties.
