The Opening Address was delivered by the Commandant Brig K P A Jayasekera WWV RSP psc for Junior Command Course No 5 on the 6th January 2014. He spoke extensively paying special attention to the importance of the course. His wise words undoubtedly inspired the student officers to embark on this new chapter of their military life.
