The Officer Career Development Centre launched a specific programme on 16, 17 October 2020 to prevent the breeding and spreading of Dengue mosquitoes in the camp premises.
The programme was launched as per the directions given by the Commandant of OCDC in parallel to the Dengue prevention week which was initiated all around Sri Lanka. With the participation of Officers as well as all Other Ranks and Civil Staff, the mosquito breeding places all around the camp were cleaned. The programme was successfully winded up as a cooperative effort of the Commandant Maj Gen KJ Jayaweera RWP RSP USP rcds and all other participants.
