Senior Command Course 3 and Junior Command Course 22 got underway on 6 August 2021 as the Officer Career Development Centre commenced its third trimester.
Major General DBSN Bothota RWP RSP USP psc, the Commandant of OCDC, welcomed and delivered his address for 38 Student Officers of the SCC and 78 Student Officers of the JCC including 2 Student Officers from Bangladesh and Maldivian Defence Force.
The occasion was graced by the Deputy Commandant, Chief Instructor, Senior Instructors, Directing Staff and the members of the Permanent Staff. In his remarks, the Commandant emphasized that theoretical and professional knowledge is essential to go ahead in the career path.
The Chief Instructor and Senior Instructors addressed the Student Officers prior to the commencement of the courses. The Commanding Officer, Administrative Wing also gave necessary administrative instructions to the Student Officers.
