As a part of developing comradeship among the student officers of the three courses and the permanent staff, the cricket encounter which was organised in line with the OCDC 2019-year planner, concluded successfully at OCDC Play Ground on 08 May 2019.
The Commandant of OCDC graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and the Teams from Unit Command Course 4, Junior Command Course 16, Junior Staff Course 16 & the Permanent Staff of OCDC participated and the Directing Staff Team led by Lt Col Chanaka Karunarathna RSP USP psc emerged victorious amongst all the teams played at the tournament.
After the completion of the event, all the officers were allowed to enjoy themselves in a live musical entertainment session at the Officers’ Mess and the session culminated with a buffet luncheon.
