OCDC bade farewell to the Commandant and 2 other outgoing Officers. A farewell function was held on the 22 August 2014 at the Officers’ Mess in appreciation of their exceptional service rendered to the institution. The Senior Instructor of OCDC Colonel M K U P Gunaratne RSP psc IG, and other Officers were present at the occasion.
