OCDC Annual Seminar 1/2018 Begins

The inaugural session of Seminar 1/2018 commenced on the theme, Dynamics of Conflicts; Analysis Within Regional and Global Context at the main auditorium at Officer Career Development Centre (OCDC), Buttala, on Thursday (31) signifying another landmark in the calendar of events of the centre.
