NEW STUDENT OFFICERS OF ARMY WAR COLLEGE THRILLED WITH “ICE-BREAKER”

The Commandant, Major General Dinesh Udugama RWP RSP USP ndc psc extended a warm welcome to the student officers of the Senior Command Course 11 (SCC 11), Junior Command Course 30 (JCC 30) and Junior Staff Course 26 (JSC 26), at Army War College (AWC), representing various regiments of the Sri Lanka Army along with the participation of two foreign officers from Australia and Zambia on 04 May 2024 at the Welcome Ice Breaker hosted by the Faculty

The “Ice-Breaker” is not merely a social gathering but an essential moment in fostering a sense of comradeship among the local and foreign course mates and to freely intermingle and build up liaison with the Faculty and the College Staff. This interactive session, further enriched with music and karaoke session entertained by both local and foreign Student Officers, encouraged an absolutely supportive environment that is essential for the demanding requirements of the courses

The Commandant, whilst toasting everyone a happy and enjoyable moment, urged them to fully immerse themselves in the course, ensuring a successful learning experience to embark on a transformative journey at the Sri Lanka Army War College
