The Officer Career Development Centre Graduation Ceremony 2/2019 was held on 02 Aug 2019 and this occasion was graced by the Commandant as the Chief Guest. Maj LAK Thilakarathne MI secured the first place out of 22 Officers of UCC 4 and Maj SARRP Kumara SLLI secured the first place out of 54 officers of JCC 16. All these courses commenced during the second week of May 2019 and marked the culmination followed by a course end Mess Night.
