The OCDC bade farewell to the Pioneer Commandant and 6 other outgoing Officers. A farewell function was held on the 06th January 2014 at the Officers’ Mess in appreciation of their exceptional service rendered to the institution. The Chief instructor of the OCDC Col A K G K U Gnanarathne psc, Senior Instructor and other Officers were present at the occasion.
