Exercise BLUE PEN was conducted for JSC 8 on Monday 13 Oct 2014. It is designed to practice students in setting up an operational room at divisional level as Staff Officers in the capacity of grade 2/3.Three syndicates had set up their operational room in their respective syndicate rooms and each individual officer was appointed as a Staff Officer in 21 Infantry Division. The aim of this exercise is to set up an operational room with all required maps and information conform to accepted conventions of Staff Duties.
