Diners’ Club of the Junior Command Course No 6 and Junior Staff Course No 7 was held on 20 June 2014 at the Officers’ Mess, OCDC. The Guest Speaker was Major General N J Walgama RSP USP ndu psc, The Commandant, Defence Services Command and Staff College. He enlightened the audience with a valuable speech on “IMPLICATIONS OF MILITARY CULTURE IN CIVIL SOCIETYâ€.
