The Closing Ceremony of Junior Staff Course 9 & Junior Command Course 8 was held at the OCDC Main Auditorium on 11 April 2015.The Commandant OCDC Brigadier N D Wanniarachchi WWV RSP USP ndc IG, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
