CIVILIANS SERVING IN AWC RECEIVED NEW YEAR GIFTS

Civilians serving in the Army War College (AWC), Buttala received gift parcels of dry rations for the Sinhala and Tamil New Year.

A brief occasion in giving away of gift parcels for 53 civilians serving in the Army War College was organized on the instructions of the Army Headquarters.

Brigadier Manada Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc, the Commandant, Army War College, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and distributed gift parcels among the civilians at Headquarters premises of AWC.

The Commandant shared couple of thoughts among the civilians during the occasion and appreciated their service by wishing them for the Sinhala and Tamil New Year.

Several senior officers, officers and other ranks also associated with the occasion and shared wishes among the civilians serving in the AWC.
