‘EXERCISE BLUE PEN’ was the first indoor exercise of the Defence Studies Department in the Junior Command Course curriculum which was conducted on the 01 September 2014.The aim of the ‘EXERCISE BLUE PEN’ is to set up an operations room with all required maps and information conforming to the accepted conventions of SD.
