On September 12, 2022, Brigadier DKSK Dolage USP psc, the Director of the Directorate of Training, paid a formal visit to the School of Signals. It was a significant occasion since it was the first time the Director of the Directorate of Training had inspected the School of Signals. He was cordially received by the Commandant and all staff of the School of Signals.
Following the briefing by the Commandant, the Director of the Directorate of Training provided important direction to improve training standards and inspire trainers and trainees. Additionally, he underlined the significance of information and communication technology in future conflicts and how to maintain overall readiness by regularly assessing the efficacy and efficiency of each course's curriculum. Before examining the training facilities and laboratory facility at the School of Signal, he also addresses the entire faculty and support staff.
The visitors book was also signed by the Director Training before leaving the School of Signal. Lastly, a memento was given to the Director of Directorate of Training to commemorate the occasion.
