Dr. Muditha K Meegahakumbura distinguish Toastmaster conduct an introductory session for all officers at the School of Signals Buwelikada on 10 September 2022.

Dr. Muditha is a Senior Lecturer at Department of Export Agriculture, Uva Wellassa University. He has awarded with Distinguish Toastmaster, Toastmaster International USA 2020. The session was conducted under the guidance of the Commandant of School of Signals. 44 Officers participated in this productive session that uplift the enthusiasm in speaking.
