Upon the directions of the Commander Security Force (Central), Major General D K S K Dolage USP psc, troops at the Security Force Headquarters (Central) greeted the first working day in the Year-2025 with the participation of Brigadier General Staff - Security Force (Central), Brigadier H A I Perera RWP RSP USP ndc Commencement of the day’s arrangement hoisted the National Flag and joint singing of the National Anthem and the Army song.
Two minute silence was observed to remember fallen War Heroes and taking of the State Allegiance Oath Clean Sri Lanka Oath followed by New Year message of Commander of the Army. Later on, arrangements were made to watching the inauguration Ceremony of ‘Clean Sri Lanka’ to all Officers, Other Ranks and Civil workers and culminated the day’s event.
