Donation of a Smart Board, School Equipment and Prizes for the teaching and non – academic staff of H/Kirindagama Primary School

In parallel with the national “Clean Sri Lanka” project, the 12 Battalion the Gajaba Regiment conducted the donation program for 77 school children on 04 Aug 2025 at H/ Kirindagama Primary School, which is located within its AOR.

The program was organized under the concept of the General Officer Commanding 12 Infantry Division, with the guidance of the Commander 122 Infantry Brigade and on the invitation of the Commanding Officer 12GR and it aimed to strengthen Civil – Military Cooperation.

The initiative, sponsored by Mr. B A Chamath Dlishan, a Sri Lankan expatriate residing in Australia, facilitated the donation of a Smart Board, 77 sets of School equipment for students, prizes for teaching and non – academic staff and the provision of a midday meal for the students, thereby contributing towards enhancing the educational upliftment of the school community.
