12 INFANTRY DIVISION TROOPS HELPS DISPLACED PEOPLE IN MYANMAR

In response to the request made by the chief incumbent, Venerable Godawaye Gnanaloka Thero of Sasanaloka Rajamaha Viharaya, Katuwewa, Hambantota, from General Officer Commanding of 12 Infantry Division, Major General WSN Hemarathna RWP RSP psc, officers and other ranks of 12 Infantry Division donated drinking water and dry rations which were requested by chief incumbent on 04,05 and 06 April 2025, for the use of people who were displaced due to the earthquake took place recently in Mandalay, Myanmar.

This community project was initiated under the guidance of GOC of 12 Infantry Division and Brigade Commanders of 121 and 122 Infantry Brigades. The troops of 12 Infantry Division headquarters and under command formations contributed for the donations.
