Opening of the President's Office

The President's Office of the Mechanized Infantry Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (MIR-SVB) was declared open by the Chairperson of MIR-SVB, Mrs Nilanthi Wanasinghe on 29 October 2024.

The Office was refurbished under the guidance and direction of Major General W M S C K Wanasinghe RSP USP, the General Officer Commanding 21 Infantry Division and Colonel of the Regiment MIR.

During the event, 2 x bathware items (each worth of Rs. 150,000.00) were donated to 2 X Soldiers by the MIR-SVB
