The Chairperson, Mechanized Infantry Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch, Mrs Priyanga Wickramasinghe and members organized donation programme of dry rations, stationeries and medicine and sanitary items for Bhikkunis at Sri Vidyadeepa Meheni Pirivena, Gangoda, and Pilimathalawa on 17 March 2024.
The event was graced by Major General M G W W W M C B Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, Commander Security Forces (Jaffna) and Colonel of the Regiment Mechanized Infantry Regiment. The Centre Commandant, Commanding Officers, Officers and other ranks associated for the success of the event.
This thoughtful initiative was further supported by the generous financial contribution of the Chairperson and members of Seva Vanitha branch of Mechanized Infantry Regiment.
