ARMY WAR COLLEGE HOLDS THE GRADUATION CEREMONY

The Graduation Ceremony of the first trimester for Senior Command Course 07, Junior Command Course 26 and Junior Staff Course 23 was held on 8 April 2023 at the Army War College Auditorium.

The Commandant, Brigadier YABM Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. 130 officers comprising of 33 student officers of Senior Command Course 07 and 71 student officers of Junior Command Course 26 and 26 student officers of Junior Staff Course 23 were awarded with certificates.

Following student officers, upon obtaining the highest aggregate at each course, were also bestowed with a special award presented by the Commandant.

First in order of merit - O/70301 Capt KP Kaluarachchi Sri Lanka Engineers

Second in order merit - O/71541 Lt TMCMB Thennakoon Commando Regiment

Third in order of merit - O/70674 Capt GGKIS Gunasekara Special Forces
