HASH RUN OF THE 1ST TRIMESTER DREW TO END

The first 'Hash Run' of event calendar 2025 of the Army War College (AWC) was Successfully held on 22 March 2025. The event aimed to enhance the physical strength blended with the camaraderie and Companionship of the Student officers of Senior Command Course 13, Junior Command Course 32 and Junior Staff Course 28.

The Deputy Commandant of Army War College, graced the occasion as the chief guest and officially started the event with the ceremonial lowering of the checkered flag.

The Deputy Commandant, accompanied by the Chief Instructor. Faculty members and Permanent statt actively participated in the Hash Run, which covered an 8km route. The event took the participants along a picturesque village bound track in the scenic surroundings of Buttala.

After the completion of the run, all the participants had an enjoyable interactive nervous nature of the session to release stress by breaking the wearisomeness of the learning atmosphere at AWC.
