VIR Inter Battalion Drill Competition Held

The Inter Battalion Drill Competition -2019 of Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment was held during 4-6 December at Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment’s Parade Ground, Boyagane.

A total of 14 teams representing VIR battalions participated in the competition.

The award ceremony of the Drill Competition was held on 06December at Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment’s Parade Ground, Boyagane. Brigadier P M R H S K Herath RWP RSP, Centre Commandant, VIR graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

20 (V) VIR emerged as the champions while 9 VIR became the runners-up.

The Chief Guest gave away awards to winners and runners-up.
