VIJAYABAHU SEVA VANITHA BRANCH START NEW YEAR WITH A SUCCESSFUL EVENT
According to the guidance and instructions given by the Hon. President Mrs Anoja Kariyakarawana Vijayabahu Seva Vanitha Branch organized a very successful scholarship programme on 27 January 2017 at the Regimental Headquarters.
Mr Kushil Gunasekara supported to conclude this event successfully and event has been powered by Lanaka Graphite Limited. Mr David Cruse has sponsored for the Dry ration packs donated simultaneously.
Scholarships have been given among ten students (Grade 1 to 5) who belongs to families of Soldiers who sacrificed their lives and disabled for the sovereignty of the nation.
Col of the Regiment, Hon President of the Vijayabahu Seva Vanitha Branch and Mr Kushil Gunasekara Grace the event as chief guests.
