The talent show organized by the graduate trainees of Leadership and Team Building Training Programme - Phase I, staged on 01 October 2020 with the patronage of Colonel of the Regiment VIR, Brigadier Sisira Pilapitiya at the Salute Multifunctional Hall, Regimental Centre, Boyagane, Kurunegala.
This entertainment evening commenced with the gracious presence of Brigadier Sisira Herath, Centre Commandant of the Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment as the Chief Guest.
In that, graduates illustrated their astonishing talents in drama and fine arts during the event organized under the direction of training staff to make this show a success.
Leadership is born within individual which each individual has to identify with. During the talent show all 376 graduates showcase their abilities and it proves, government has made right decision to inculcate positive attitude for government servants, where it necessary and it is a bold decision which all graduate students were finally understand to move forward.
Deputy Centre Commandant, Staff Officers of the Regimental Centre and instructor officers, lady instructors/other ranks of the training programme attended for the event.
