NEWLY RENOVATED MEDICAL INSPECTION ROOM AND TV ROOM DECLARED OPEN BY COLONEL OF THE REGIMENT

A newly renovated and improved Medical Inspection Room furnished with modern facilities and a spacious TV – Room for Other Ranks of VIR regimental centre was ceremonially declared open by the Director General General Staff Sri Lanka Army Headquarters and Colonel of the Regiment of Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment Major General Nishantha Manage on 19 August 2022. This is documented as another step taken by the Regimental Centre towards refining the health standards and improving welfare of VIR soldiers. The Centre Commandant, senior officers and Other Ranks of VIR regimental centre participated for this event. This notable event was organized by adhering all the health guidelines stipulated by the government to prevent COVID - 19 outbreak.
