A new workshop inclusive of all fundamental facilities and instruments which was constructed for the benefit of construction team of the Regimental Centre, the Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment was declared open by the Commander, Security Forces – Central and Colonel of the Regiment of the Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment, Major General Nalin Bandaranayake USP during a brief ceremony on 27 April 2025.
Major General Luxman Samaradiwakara RWP RSP ndc psc, Major General Janith Bandara, The Centre Commandant, Deputy Centre Commandant of the Regimental Centre Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment, Senior Officers, Regimental Staff and Other Ranks participated in this ceremony.
