Gajaba Supercross - 2016, one of the most popular events in the motor racing calendar with both local and foreign riders, held for the 15th consecutive year at Anuradhapura Saliyapura Supercross track on Sunday (August 28).
Representing Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment Sameera Premarathne and Nihal Wijerathne participated for Gajaba Supercross and both of them able to kept our Flag high at end of the Day.
Cpl Nihal Wijerathne won 1st place from Standard 125cc and KTM 125 events. L/Cpl Sameera Premarathne won two second places from 125 open Race and Forces Race. Sameera Premarathne could come to 3rd place in 250 CC even of the most attractive race
