Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment on account of its 29th anniversary, offered a lunch treat and gave away gift parcels, stationaries and school uniform clothes to the 25 resident kids in Maliyadewa Boys Home on 15 March 2019.
With the patronage extended by staff members of the Regimental Centre spent the day with those lovely children and shared pleasantries with them amid Calypso music provided by the musicians of the regimental calypso team.
Centre Commandant, Deputy Centre Commandant, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of the regimental staff participated this meritorious event.
