AWARENESS LECTURE ON A BLISSFUL FAMILY LIFE

The training day that entails all aspects of training disciplinary schedules, was successfully concluded under the directions of Major General K V N P Premaratne RSP USP nps psc - the Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force (SLAVF) on 23 July 2025 at the Headquarters SLAVF.

Admitting a contemporary fulfillment, the day’s programme precisely designed in providing an opportunity for all ranks to enhance their knowledge which is relevant to the personal development.

In light of the above, a presentation with the theme "Blissful Family Life “ was unfolded to raise awareness of the audience. During the lecture, strong communication, shared experiences, and a sense of belonging were highlighted as the primary concerns that lead a happy family life. In addition, crucial components included love and care that do preserve a content family life were comprehensively elaborated.

The lecture was conducted by Lieutenant Colonel A M M B Attanayake who belongs to Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment.

The programme was attended by senior officers, officers and other ranks of the Headquarters SLAVF. The day of training was closely supervised by Major General B M R J Bandara - the Deputy Commandant SLAVF and successfully administered by Colonel M G G W R Gamage - Colonel Training SLAVF.
