A TRAINING DAY LECTURE MOTIVATES TO BE A PRIDE SOLDIER

Coincide with the routine training day programme, the headquarters of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force organized a training day lecture on “Pride Soldiers” with a perception of boosting the morale of the key component of the Army under the directions of Major General U D Wijesekera RWP RSP USP rcds psc the Commandant Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force and the close supervision of Major General Thusitha Silva KSP, the Deputy Commandant at Multifunctional Hall on 20th December 2023.

The lecture was conducted by Major M H M H Bandara Lsc MIC, General Staff Officer 2(Intelligence), Directorate of Media and Psychological Operations. He emphasized that it is a proud privilege to be a good soldier with discipline, self-respect, pride in his unit and his country;hence, he eagerly requested not to be a victim of a social media, fraud, addiction and anti-social activities as pride soldiers.

Further, he highlighted that maintaining a good conduct in military is utmost important to upgrade the pride of soldiers.

A gathering of Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks presented the lecture.
