VOLUNTEER TROOPS LISTEN TO LECTURE ON SLAVF REGULATION

In line with the training day programme, a lecture on “Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force Regulation” was conducted at the Multifunctional Hall of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force on 21 June 2023 under the directions of Major General S U M N Manage WWV RWP RSP psc, the Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force.

The lecture was delivered by Lieutenant Colonel S U W Wimalarathna SLNG, Staff Officer 1, RO Section of the HQ SLAVF with an intention of enhancing the knowledge on rules and directives which laid down by the SLAVF from the process of enlistment to retirement. Further, he highlighted that knowing the organizational regulations by its members definitely lend hands to sustain the efficacy, equity and smooth function of the organization.

The awareness lecture got underway with the supervision of Major General Thusitha Silva KSP, the Deputy Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force.

The lecture was attended by Officers and Other Ranks of the Volunteer Force.
