TRAINING DAY LECTURE TOUCHES ON ‘ARMY WELFARE FACILITIES’.

A total of 16 Officers and 132 Other Ranks of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force, directed by Major General D G S SENARATH YAPA RWP RSP ndu Commandant, Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force listened to a lecture on ‘Army Welfare facilities’, delivered by Major M K R Bandara psc SLA, Staff Officer 2 at Directorate of Welfare.

The lecture was held at the Multifunctional Hall at Headquarters, Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force on Wednesday (05th October 2022) coincided with the routine training day programme, being conducted at Headquarters, SLAVF.

The gathering was educated on the role and tasks of three wings functioned in Directorate of Welfare, namely, Routing Welfare Wing, Welfare Association Funds Wing and Suwasahana Wing and its benefits.

The lecture on training day got underway under the supervision of Major General Thusitha Silva KSP, the Deputy Commandant, Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force.
