OFFICERS AT SRI LANKA ARMY VOLUNTEER FORCE LEARN ON CAREER PROGRESSION

In line with the training day programme, a lecture was delivered to officers who serve at Headquarters of Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force on Career Progression at the Multi-Functional Hall on 24 th August.

It was accomplished on the instructions of Major General Sujeewa Senerath Yapa, the Commandant, Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force.

Colonel RMSP Rathnayake USP psc IG, Colonel MS (Gen) Correspondence from MS Br AHQ conducted the lecture. During the lecture he covered the sub topics of meritocracy, experience, performance, training and evaluation which were immensely benefited for the officers who anticipate to climb up the ladder of their careers.

Moreover, the lecture was paved the way to enlighten on Sri Lanka Army Way Forward Strategies 20-25. Senior Officers including the Principal Staff Officer and all the officers at SLAVF attended the lecture.
