VOLUNTEER MEMBERS RECEIVE CERTIFICATES ON SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATIONS

In line with the magnanimous concept of Major General D G S SENARATH YAPA RWP RSP the Commandant Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force, Skills Development and Innovation Workshop got underway with the aim of motivating innovations while enhancing technical skills and knowledge through boosting the team spirits of the members’ of volunteer battalions.

The workshop curriculum mainly focused on innovation through team work, technical knowledge on waste recycling, welding , painting and carpentry.

The Commandant SLAVF witnessed as the Chief Guest of the closing remarks of the workshop and awarded the certificates for twenty eight Other Ranks who successfully completed Skills Development and Innovation Workshop today (08th Aug) at Multifunctional Hall, Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force.

The recipients who belong to various volunteer battalions presently serving at Security Forces Headquarters has gained the knowledge and successfully completed the course which commenced on 5th July 2022.

Inspector of Training, Brigadier Administration, Brigadier Logistics, Colonel Training and Colonel Engineering , officers and other ranks of SLAVF participated for the event.
