INSPIRATIONAL DRIVE FOR “WAY FORWARD” AND IN RETROSPECT OF WORKING DAYS

A comprehensive review of twenty-one days (21), which augments the expected ‘Way Forward’ of the Volunteer Force was made by Major General D G S Senarath Yapa RWP RSP ndu, the Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force on 06 July 2022 at the Multi-Functional Hall, Headquarters, SLAVF.

Initiating the drive, the conceptual transitional period was claimed by the Commandant and he put forward the concept of originating of a Green Brigade of Volunteer Force along with other imperatives that directs the establishment to its heights.

Further, the conceptual frame work was developed along with the factual approach for inculcating behavioural changes, and all have begun their way of journey achieving the undertakings.

Accordingly, all the possible inspirational approaches were processed including the legal aspect in achieving the mission creating required environmental changes.

The entire establishment was integrated with this endeavour by ways of physical and zoom meetings at the Headquarters with an array of exposure to skills and knowledge of intellectuals who are expertise in respective streams.

It is expected that all would be partners in this endeavor.
