“MADHULOLITHWAYA SUVAKIRIME PAHASU MAGA”, THE SINHALA TRANSLATION WAS CONFERRED TO COMMANDANT OF THE SRI LANKA ARMY VOLUNTEER FORCE

“Madhulolithwaya Suvakirime Pahasu Maga”, the Sinhala translation of “The Easy Way to Control Alcohol” authored by Allen Carr was presented to Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda the Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force by Major Dhanushka Niranga Dissanayake on 01 July 2021 at the Headquarters of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force.

The translation performed by the writer is a great social contribution which brings a social purification. Allen Carr in his “Easy Way to Control Alcohol” applies his revolutionary method to drinking with a psychological insight to show people the way to escape from the alcohol. With utmost caring to its original production, the writer has conveyed a comprehensive array of the book in the medium of Sinhala.

Major Dhanushka Niranga Dissanayake who performs as a doctor engages in a sensible role of responsibility assigned to his duty in the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps. Heading beyond his duties and responsibilities is much commendable and his effort is appreciated and honoured due to its commitment to heal the people.
