HQ SLAVF ORGANIZES AN AWARENESS PROGRAMME THEMED IN “PREVENTION OF COVID 19”

The Headquarters of Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force (HQ SLAVF) organized an awareness programme themed in “Prevention of COVID 19” on the weekly training day (02 July 2020) for all Officers and Other Ranks in HQ SLAVF.

Lieutenant Colonel S P Kahawewithana GW conducted the awareness programme at the camp premises. Accordingly he emphasized on following necessary precautions and the importance of preparing for the next imminent circulation of COVID 19. Especially, the accountability for controlling the virus was specified as military members who contributed for controlling the COVID 19 outbreak of the country.

Senior Officers, Officers and the staff of the HQ SLAVF attended for the awareness programme following the health directives issued for COVID 19.
