VOLUNTEERS ASSUMPTION OF THE “SRI LANKA ARMY WAY FORWARD STRATEGY 2020 -2025” AND THE STRENGTH ANALYSIS

An awareness programme on Volunteers Assumption of the “Sri Lanka Army Way Forward Strategy 2020 -2025” and the Strength Analysis was conducted following the concept of Major General D G S Senarath Yapa RWP RSP ndu, the Commander of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force on 18 August 2022 at the Conference Hall, Headquarters Volunteer Force.

The programme was conducted by Colonel KTRB Kodippili psc, Colonel Perspective Planning and Implementation of Commanders Secretariat who is an expert in the field of study of the “Sri Lanka Army Way Forward Strategy 2020 -2025”.

The endevour mainly pursued in meeting the administrative readiness for future challenges that would possibly be experienced as an organization subsequent to an array of establishment changes took place during the post war.

Further, the Career Planning Process was one of the thematic components discussed, and aimed in empowering the intellectual capital so that valuing the establishment competitively in the contemporary context.

The programme was attended by Senior Officers, Officers and they contributed actively during the session.
