STRESS DRIVES FOR THE POWER OF BRAIN

An inclusive overview on “stress’’ which is a common implication amongst the contemporary working phenomena was brought in an impressive lecture under the directions of Major General Sanjaya Wanasinghe RSP VSV USP ndu, the Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force on 01 February 2023 at the Multi-Functional Hall in line with the Training Day Schedule of the Week.

The lecture was conducted by Captain SVRA De Silva who is a Trainee Clinical Psychologist belonging to the General Service Corps of the Sri Lanka Army. The lady officer is reading for the Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology in the University of Colombo.

Managing stress as a necessary peculiarity which erects profound destinations in human lives was outlined during the session acknowledging the power of brain that decides the course of life.

The programme of the day was underway with the close supervision of Major General Thusitha Silva KSP, the Deputy Commandant of the Volunteer Force. A gathering of Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks presented the occasion.
