SLAVF CONTINUES CLEANING PROGRAMME IN SUPPORT OF CLEAN SRI LANKA

In line with the "Clean Sri Lanka" nationwide initiative aimed at enhancing the Sri Lankan image into a cleaner, greener and more sustainable country; one more phase of cleaning campaign launched at SLAVF on 15 August 2025.

The troops represented all the branches of the Headquarters Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force attended the comprehensive area-cleaning efforts under the guidelines of Major General K V N P Premaratne RSP USP psc nps, the Commandant, Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force.

The programme focused on achieving the key objectives of the concept by encouraging troops to enhance cleanliness, orderliness, and positive attitudes in camp environment.
