BRIGADIER E K W J WIJESIRI RSP ndc TAKES OVER DUTIES AS THE PRINCIPAL STAFF OFFICER OF THE SRI LANKA ARMY VOLUNTEER FORCE

Brigadier E K W Janaka Wijesiri RSP ndc of the Gemunu Watch assumed office on Tuesday (29th November) as the Principal Staff Officer of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force.

On his arrival to the office, he was welcomed by Senior Officers of the Headquarters of Volunteer Force.

Amidst invoking blessings of Seth Pirith and observing religious rituals, the Senior Officer placed his signature for a formal document to signify the acceptance of the new appointment at the auspicious time.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks attended the occasion with congratulatory compliments upon his new appointment.
