FELICITATION PARADE AND FAREWELL DINNER NIGHT IN HONOUR OF BRIGADIER SDNC DE SILVA

A Felicitation Parade and Farewell Dinner Night was held in honour of Brigadier SDNC de Silva, recognising his exemplary service and significant contributions to the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps on 27 Nov 2025. The event acknowledged his distinguished career, dedicated leadership, and unwavering commitment to the Corps.

Brigadier SDNC de Silva has played a vital role in strengthening the administrative, logistical, and operational capacities of the SLASC. His professionalism, discipline, and steadfast guidance have been instrumental in enhancing the Corps’ efficiency and upholding its high standards.

The parade was conducted with military honours, reflecting the deep respect and gratitude of officers and Other Ranks for his longstanding service. The Colonel Commandant, senior officers/officers and members of the Seva Vanitha Branch participated for the farewell dinner night.

As he steps into the next chapter of his journey, the SLASC extends its heartfelt gratitude to Brig SDNC de Silva for his outstanding contributions and dedicated service.
