NEW SEVA VANITHA PRESIDENT OF SRI LANKA ARMY SERVICE CORPS ASSUMES OFFICE

Mrs. Ajantha de Silva, the newly appointed President of the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps (SVB-SLASC), officially assumed duties on 02 July 2025 at the Regimental Headquarters of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps.

The assumption of duties was marked by solemn religious observances, following which Mrs. de Silva symbolically placed her signature on an official document to signify the commencement of her tenure.

Subsequently, the new President shared her thoughts and engaged in a discussion with senior members of the SVB-SLASC, outlining future plans focused on the welfare and well-being of the soldiers.

The Adjutant General of the Sri Lanka Army and Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps, Major General KTP De Silva RSP ndu psc, the Centre Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps, Brigadier SDNC De Silva, along with senior officers of the SLASC, were present on this occasion.
