FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR PURCHASING THE CONTACT LENSES

The above-mentioned NCO has resigned from the active service on completion of 12 years of service due to his poor medical condition held upon an injury sustained during the rehearsals of the Army Tattoo Parade of the Independence Day Parade in year 1990.

Doctors have recommended for him to use contact lenses, as his eyesight is very poor. Hence, he has brought out the difficulty of spending the amount of Rs. 89858.00.

Nevertheless, SLASC SVB looked into the grievance of said NCO and grant the amount requested for him to proceed with necessary medical treatments under the full financial support of Mrs. Niroma Vithanage the Secretary of SLASC SVB with the guidance of the Centre Commandant Brig NASN Nanumiarachchi on 02 February 2024
