BID FAREWELL TO MAJOR GENERAL TM ABEYRATNE RSP Lsc AT RHQ SLASC

A formal military farewell was held on 01 April 2022 to Major General TM Abeyratne RSP Lsc at the Regimental Headquarters of Sri Lanka Army Service Corps in Panagoda, The Outgoing Commander - Forward Maintenance Area (East) and Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Army Service Corps reviewed the Guard Turnout and the Guard of Honour presented by the troops of Sri Lanka Army Service Corps at the parade ground of the Regimental Headquarters of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps. The day event also included with a tree planting, all rank tea, and later he was formally blessed with the traditional street lining.

The formal farewell was culminated with a Farewell Dinner Night hosted for Maj Gen TM Abeyratne RSP Lsc by the Officers of Sir Lanka Army Service Corps and their Spouses in the RHQ SLASC Officers' Mess.
