ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SLASC SEVA VANITHA BRANCH

The 10^th Annual General Meeting of Sri Lanka Army Service Corps Seva Vanitha Branch was held at the RHQ SLASC Auditorium on 01 August 2020. The president of the SLASC Seva Vanitha Branch, Mrs Tharanga Priyadarshani presided the meeting. The meeting was held following all health rules and regulations with the participation of 52 Seva Vanitha members which is the maximum allowed number according to the prevailing health condition in the country. During the meeting new office bearers were appointed for the rest of the period to be continued. Accordingly following SLASC Seva Vanitha senior members were appointed through the proposals and secondments from the members themselves.

Further there was a fruitful discussion on the further events that need to be undertaken in the due course.After the general meeting, SLASC Seva Vanitha members had a great interaction with each other at the Officers’ Mess RHQ SLASC. Members spent the pleasant moment enjoying tea while mingling with each other and exchanging view in relaxation. To mark the SLAC Seva Vanitha AGM 2020, an unforgettable event, every participant was presented a self-photograph as a token of remembrance. At the end of the interaction Seva Vanitha members departed with a fresh experience and pleasant memories.
